Wind energy project and communication planning Qeam BV performed
together with a partnering communication advisor
Based on interviews with stakeholders and communication expertise of Qeam BV and its partner, a specific communication approach towards multiple stakeholders was worked-out. Currently, the communication approach supports strategic and operational activities of the company. Involved stakeholders: employees of the principal company, govermental bodies, competitive organisations in the field of sustainable energy, intermediairy organisations, residents, politicians, and a professional action group. |
Communication grid The communication grid (in Dutch: communicatiekruispunt) offers means to define and work-out communication strategies regarding a certain context or setting. Among other tools the communication grid is used in the wind energy project to define and control multiple stakeholder communication strategies.
